I used to feel everything. People’s moods. Their reactions. The shift in a room.
And I carried it like it was mine.
I thought that meant I was aware, kind & thoughtful.
But really… I was exhausted.
Now - I still notice it. I just don’t absorb it.
I didn’t learn this from a course.
I learned it from an insatiable need to figure my own life out —
which turned into years of digging, reflecting, testing, and keeping what actually worked, for me.
Not for perfect answers.
For real clarity.
